THE VIBE

  • We intentionally don't offer WiFi — and we're proud of it. Three Pines is designed as a space for real human connection. Signs throughout the café remind guests to put down their phones and talk to each other. Our community table, built from reclaimed wood and inlaid with real coffee beans, is usually full of locals and visitors playing board games, sharing stories, and reconnecting over a great cup. Think of it as a digital detox with excellent coffee.

  • Three Pines feels less like a coffee shop and more like a community living room. The space is warm, plant-filled, and full of natural light — designed intentionally by founders Dimas and Dina to bring people together. We host live DJs, drum circles, and community events that reflect our values: sober, joyful, and intentional gathering. It's authentically Tahoe, with deep roots in Panamanian and Palestinian culture.

  • Yes, we have outdoor seating — perfect for soaking up the South Lake Tahoe sunshine with your coffee and your dog. Our outdoor area is a great spot to enjoy a pour-over or iced latte while taking in the fresh mountain air.

  • Yes. We operate on a no-tipping structure. All prices are all-inclusive — what you see on the menu is exactly what you pay, with no service fees, tip screens, or hidden taxes. This reflects our commitment to paying every team member a fair wage of $18 per hour. We believe in transparency and taking care of our people.
